Much thought and prayer was invested in the development of the curriculum that would help guide us to achieve our mission. You can find the basic structure and methods of instruction outlined below:
The duration of the program is an intensive 5 months, starting January 10, 2011 and ending June 4, 2011.
Classes are held Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Teaching is done in a lecture format with a wide use of multimedia. All instruction is done with the support of PowerPoint presentations and notes.
The program consists of 500 total lecture hours.
Students have the privilege of gaining knowledge from a new instructor each week.
Other teaching methods include exams, group work, presentations, reports and International School of Ministry on DVD.
After school activities, which include: jail ministry, street outreach ministry, good deeds, choir, study time, and prayer, all help to put the students' learned knowledge into action.
Upon completion of the program and the satisfaction of the necessary requirements, students are granted a Diploma of Completion.
An official graduation ceremony marks the beginning of a new chapter in each graduate's life.
